When
we first met with Douglas Design staff and their marketing consultant,
we led them through a set of exercises designed to help understand three
things: how Douglas Design Studio works with their customers, how Douglas
Design sells its services, and how their clients decide between Douglas Design
and their competitors.
After completing a competitive review of local competitors, we then
designed and produced a site that - unlike most sites belonging to Douglas
Design's competition - intentionally shapes the visitor's impression of Douglas
Design Studio during their brief visit to the site.
